This week was mostly focused on the second module of a dedicated Jonah programme for two employees of an Italian customer based in Milan.

The Jonah arrived having completed the activities needed to verify their current reality analysis the core conflict developed on that subject. One of the participants had not only verified his work in module one but repeated the process on a different subject matter as well. He said practice is needed so why not repeat the whole process. The other Jonah who started with much less knowledge about TOC had read more on TOC including all of Its Not Luck.
