The flights too and back with air France were very good especially the crew. Changing the ticket for an earlier flight home was dreadfully managed by the KLM team who I had to buy the ticket from as at the time air France’s reservation system was not working. As always the KLM people lecture me about their policies and timing - they only work 9 to 5 CET so the fact you are in Hanoi is not of interest to them. Yes you can change the ticket but we cannot say how much it will cost. When eventually they decide to tell me about the cost they fail to transfer the payment and both my original flight home and the new one are cancelled.
